How to make Mahi Tikka (Recipe)

Procedure for preparing

  • Step 1

    To prepare this mahi tikka, wash the fish and pat dry. Then, cut it into cubes and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Take a large bowl and combine the yoghurt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, garlic, salt and mix well.

  • Step 3

    Mix the onion paste, garlic along with all the other ingredients and the fish pieces with ghee. Keep aside for 2 hours.

  • Step 4

    Add the fish cubes to the mixture and marinate them properly.

  • Step 5

    Then, take a skewer and arrange the fish cubes in it. Repeat the same process with the other skewers.

  • Step 6

    Coat with a little ghee and place them in barbeque or grill and grill till they get completely done. Make sure they don't burn.

  • Step 7

    Once done, remove them from the skewers and place on a serving platter.
