1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup yellow onion, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
3 ounces pepperoni, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1/3 cup pizza sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/3 cup bacon, crumbled
8 large flour tortillas
2 cups pizza sauce
2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 ounces pepperoni slices
1/4 cup bacon, crumbled
instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet.
- Step 2: Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains.
