A crispy, cheesy, flavor-packed dinner that’s super easy and perfect for sharing!
🥔 Ingredients (Serves 4–5)

4 large potatoes (Russet or any baking potatoes)

1 lb (450g) ground beef or chicken

1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade mix)

½ cup water
-
1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

½ cup sour cream
-
½ cup diced tomatoes
-
¼ cup chopped green onions
-
½ cup corn (optional)
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt & pepper to taste
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cube the potatoes (small bite-size pieces).

Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30–35 minutes until golden and crispy.
(Or air fry at 190°C for about 18–22 minutes.)
2️⃣ Cook the Taco Meat

In a pan over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.

Drain excess oil.

Add taco seasoning + ½ cup water.

Simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
3️⃣ Assemble

In a baking dish or skillet, layer crispy potatoes.

Spoon taco meat evenly over them.

Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
4️⃣ Melt & Serve

Bake 5–8 minutes until cheese melts.

Top with sour cream, tomatoes, green onions, and corn.
